*Credit Card Charge Question?*
If you have a charge on your credit card statement from us that you do not recognize, you most likely ordered from one of our stores or purchased something from us from a show in the Central Florida area such as Oasis, FX, MegaCon, Necronomicon, etc.
The charge appears on your statement in different ways depending on your credit card provider and is confusing some people for which we apologize. We are trying to get it to show more properly as our company name, but our Merchant Account Provider, Paypal, is having difficulties getting it to appear correctly via all card providers networks. Please note we do not print or otherwise store any credit card information. Card data is stored temporarily on an encrypted, secure server until it is processed then deleted permanently. Returning customers must re-enter your card information for your security. We also do not share information with any third party including by not limited to your email, address, or phone number.
