Yes, we have been busy! Over 100 new items by Coquette International have been added to Sensual Elegance! Coquette features great detailing in all their lines and even has a mens line!
After 8 years of pretty much looking the same, Sensualelegance.com has gotten a face lift!
It’s the first step to adding new features to the site and we hope you like it! We’ve decluttered, re-organized, and given you an easier to find product code, log in, and more! Take a look (and please let us know if you find any problems!). It’s our first site to be tested in Internet Explorer 8 (currently in Beta) as well as IE7 and Firefox too.
We have received a TON of new catalogs including Leg Avenue Costumes, BeWicked Costumes, Escante, Tessa, and Dreamgirl! All for clothes, lingerie and costumes!
Over the next few weeks you will be seeing a LOT of new styles added to SensualElegance and then appropriate styles copied to GothicPlus, CosplayCostumeCloset and CrossdressFashions. Of course you will also see styles deleted as many of last year’s styles have been discontinued. check the RSS feeds for the sites to see what is new.
We just discovered our ticket system used for requests for returns and exchanges is messing up the date again. Everything says it was done in December 1969! So what should show as “active” tickets are showing as “expired” tickets, so a few that have come thru recently were not taken care of since we didn’t know they were there! Our apologies and we are handling everything today that slipped thru the cracks.
This was a problem that WAS fixed and how it got screwed up again is a mystery. Our programmer is working on correcting it again but in the meantime, we are making sure we check “expired” tickets every day.
On another note, Lori’s father is out of the hospital and doing better. He is staying with her for a bit so she will be in and out of the office still for a while, but more in than out now since she doesn’t have to drive 45 minutes back and forth from the hospital. Thanks to all those who sent their best wishes - it was greatly appreciated.
As her father is in the hospital for some testing, Lori is in and out of the office right now as she naturally takes care of this personal issue. There may be slight delays in email replies and order processing, the 2 main things she handles, though I’m sure everyone will understand.
The last few days, our merchant account processor has been upgrading some things in their system making processing unavailable periodically. The largest outage was from 6 pm 4/9 to 6 am 4/10! As a result, we’ve gotten a bit behind in processing orders.
Everything should be caught up by the end of the day 4/10 (as long as the system stays up and it is supposed to now according to our company rep). Our apologies for the delay.
With Leg Avenue’s new catalog about to be released, they are closing out a number of styles and once they are sold out, they are gone forever. Unfortunately, they don’t actually publish a list of these items so we are deleting them from the sites as soon as we find one, but with over a thousand items they produce, this is slow work and we normally don’t know they are closing out a style until we try to order it.
If you order something that is sold out, your credit card will never be charged and you will be notified as soon as we know which is about a day after you order it. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
On the plus side, a lot of new styles will soon be added to the site (as soon as their catalog actually arrives at least which should be any time!).
