Our Core Beliefs
Lori Anne Brown is our owner, chief operator, and guiding force. Lori’s core beliefs has always been in putting customers first and making sure everyone is happy and having a great time whether she is running a convention or satisfying a customer.
Lori follows the Egyptian philosophy of Ma’at in her spiritual practice as well as in business which basically states that the universe is a place of order that is constantly fighting chaos. In order to best honor and maintain the universal order, we must operate within it which basically means we always try to keep our word and act honorably in all matters, including our business practices. We operate from a place of gratitude and truth as much as is humanly possible.
Growing Pains
One of the areas we have been struggling to improve is our customer service, trying to be more pro-active when it comes to customer follow up.
We are extremely grateful for our growth during the past year, but one of the problems it has caused is overwhelming the systems we had, especially the computer software we had in place. We are currently seeking out better systems as well as expanding our staff to better cope with the growth and our apologies for the goof ups we know have happened.
We work hard to resolve any problems as quickly as possible - just let us know and we WILL take care of it.
