Some manufacturers ship directly from their warehouse to you within the US and most ship within 24-48 hours. They do not ship outside of the US so international orders of these items arrive to us first as stated above. These items are subject to availability at the time of your order and we will let you know as soon as possible if they are out of stock on any item in your order.
Other items are imported from India, the UK, or another country and can take extra time for delivery due to customs and other factors beyond our control. Generally these items arrive within 1-3 weeks, but can take 6 weeks or longer depending on the item production and transit times - especially for handcrafted items.
